SBA: To reproduce:
 - Load attached bugdoc
 - Launch spell check (<F7>)
-> The spell check dialog comes up, showing a text sample including the wrong
word in red. This text sample should be the entire sentence where the wrong word
is in (in order to ease a decision what change should be made).

DEFECT: Since SRC680m217, the displayed text sample ends with the wrong word
(does NOT show the rest of the sentence anymore). This hinders the use of the
spell checker.

SBA->TL: As discussed, please have a look.

SBA: Set keyword "regression", put HDE on cc.

SBA->TL: As seen, this broke in SRC680m218 (was OK in m217). Only Writer is
affected, spell check dialog in Calc and Impress behave as usual.

Fixed in CWS tl40.
A single line got probably accidentally removed with the new Smarttag API (see
issue i75130). I inserted it again.
