Install leaves1.oxt with unopkg gui (no office runngin) and look at the options
dialog. The items on the left side contain %PRODUCTNAME and no options are
displayed. Viewing the options in the office works.

When one opens the options dialog (unopkg gui, not in office) and closes it and
then the Extension Manager dialog then there is a segmentation fault. This could
be a side effect.

pb: following issues fixed:
1. showing %PRODUCTNAME
2. crash after closing unopkg

jsc: i set this issue to P2 because we got arbitrary crashes besides the normal
error that the option pages were not visible and $PRODUCTNAME was shown instead
of the real product name. The issue is fixed now and we should integrate it in
the 2.3
