To use cocoa henceforth instead of carbon we need to activate objective c++ for
our c++ files as well as add -framework cocoa to the GUI linker switches.

As explained on mac@porting list, I have modified solenv+vcl to allow the complete build.

( breaker in testshl2 and maybe other modules )
