Draw a line with width 0.02".
Copy paste it above and add an arrow.
select all with ctrl-a
select file/export type .eps.

View the resulting .eps
Notice that the plain line is 0.01" and the other is 0.00"
Same applies if using mm instead. 
Lines differ, ONLY when 0.02". 

Really annoying and found it in both 2.0.0 in FC6 and 2.2 in F7.
The same happens with pdf as well.

Please tell me what settings do you choose in the .eps exportdialog.

The problem is UNRESOLVED! The same issue exists in OOo Draw 2.3. The lines 
(except from staight lines with no arrows), polylines, etc. having some width 
are exported to EPS with HAIRLINE width (regardless of export settings).
