Description richburridge 2007-08-03 16:38:57 UTC
There doesn't seem to be a "OOo-dev 2.3.0 entry in the "Found in version"
scrolling list. That's what I'm using on Gnu Linux Ubuntu Gutsy with all the
latest updates (build SRC680_m222) and latest Orca from SVN HEAD.

See also Orca bug #463172, which is blocked by this issue.
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463172

Steps to reproduce:

1/ Startup Orca.
2/ Startup /opt/ooo-dev2.3/program/sbase
3/ Work your way through the startup wizard and create a new
   database. Press the Next button
4/ Do not register the database and open the database for editing.
   Press the Finish button.
5/ The "Save as" dialog will appear. Just use the default selected name
   press the Save button.

The New Database main window will appear. After 10-15 seconds, it
will fall into Error Recovery mode.

Well I've upgrade to OOo-dev 2.3.0 (build #223), plus latest
Ubuntu Gutsy packages (as of today), plus latest Orca plus
deleted all my GNOME "dot" files, and the problem has gone
away.

Closing as WORKSFORME.
