Load a chart with a rotated title for example a column chart with y axis title.
->The y title is rotated in the wrong direction.
Saving and reloading moves the title to a different position each time.

Fixed in CWS chart12.
This bug was introduced with issue i78696 in CWS aw052 to src680m225.

->fst, please verify in CWS chart12.
Open the attached test document. The titles in the chart should be rotated like
in the left screenshot. The fix does affect the direction of the rotation of
titles only; rotation of axis labels is not affected.
