What about issue 81609? That one has already been discussed as stopper for 2.3,
and we once considered to offer a patch for it on milestone m6. 
It's on CWS impress131, together with other issues targeted to 2.3.1

nominating issue 82954. The AWT tree control has been a long awaited feature for
extension developers in 2.3, and the mentioned bug effectively means it's near
to useless (since unreadable for the user).

This issue, together with issue 82954 make the so awaited AWT tree control
completely useless: selected tree node's label are impossible to read, and the
API is going to be DEPRECATED due to issue 83313 (using "Childs" as plural of
Child in methods names).

nominating 82967: due to this fault in the PDF export we have to stop our 
clients from updating from version 2.2 to version 2.3. It would be nice if this 
could be included in 2.3.1.

Nominating issue 81985 . Obvious reason: it makes OpenOffice.org crash.

There have been 3 nominations recently, of issues which are fixed, but not in a
2.3.1 branch.

Please excuse my ignorance, but I somehow assumed the feedback whether those
issues are approved or denied as stopper is to be found in this issue here. Is
it? Or where else do I have to look to see whether the issues have been
approved? (I darkly remember there are Release Status Meeting minutes somewhere
in the Wiki, but the search functionality is crap, or I am too stupid to use it.)

May I request that the fix to Issue 84000 be included in 2.3.1?  The reason is
that the issue freezes 2.3.0 & is definitely a show-stopper.

additionally request this in releases@openoffice.org.

removed issue 81609 as this is fixed in OOo2.3RC1 but broken again in SRC680m328
(so no stopper for 2.3.1)
