1. New spreadsheet
2. Insert -> Comment/note in cell A1 and enter anything
3. Insert spinbutton control in B1
4. Disable Design mode by clicking icon on Controls toolbar
5. Hover mouse on cell A1
6. Observe how note is rendered underneath the control

Hi Daniel,

could this be related to Issue 10621 ? Or is the note layer somehow broken ?

If it's not a double, please adjust the target.

And what solution can heal that? A temporaryly shown note can be shown covering
the form controls, but a persistent one ...
