The section is 
"Very clear instructions for creating the Unix directories can be found at
http://www.woodsoup.org/projs/ORKiD/basic.htm. 

Thank links to a site selling cut rate drugs. Either the page was messed with,
or the referred site was hijacked?

Shouldn't all OOo web pages have an assigned owner listed at the page footer?
Direct external links should be avoided.
