When zoom is out enough to show whole page in screen, by clicking the right
button of horizontal scroll bar, which should normally do nothing, page view is
aligned "right", instead of being centered.

MRU->OS: new document, click on the right arrow button of the hor scroll bar ->
the paper is right aligned on the screen.

With the new multi-column view in DEV300 this issue is invalid.
