A group of cells are formatted with a border. Now an interior subset of the
cells is selected and a border of another color is applied. The right and bottom
borders of the subset remain in the first color.

Hi,

works as designed. You've set the borders of the complete set of cells, so each
cell get a top/bottom/left/right border. The problem is which border is to show.
For now the top and left border of each cell is used to display them. The result
is as could be seen with your document.
