creating a report using the build in wizzard creates an wrong date (it is fixed
to "26.04.02").
Even the title - during using the wizzard it is correct displayed - is not
stored in the document. The field-variable is empty.

1. what kind of data source do you use? the native (hsql)? and how do you connect?
2. may you add a small sample database file (or attach dump)
3. please provide a step by step description

Hey,

well, just try it! 
I use the nativ hsql db, connection is standard. I am working with MS Vista, OOo
2.3.0 (see properties of this issue).
Step by step description? well, just try it!
create a new database (HSQL). Create a table. fill in some values. store
everything. create a report using the wizzard - even in the first step you can
find the wrong date-value in the upper left corner - see new picture 1 (but you
can see the same value looking at the old screenshot!).
After creating the report you can see the field (textfield) - fixed type, but
wron value! see picture 2 and 3). to "repair" this behaviour I can change the
fieldtype to "not fixed" and close the properties. After this I can change the
fieldtype again to "fixed", then the correct value will be displayed.

The problem was easily reproducable using 2.3.1 / XP

It does not occur using 2.4.1 RC2 / XP - the date when editing the report 
layout is inaccurate, but when the report is run the date is correct.

Given this and the fact that the reporting has not responded I resolving this 
as WORKSFORME

@thomaskrumbein if you are still having the problem under Vista with the 
current release you may reopen the issue.
