Up to OO2.2 it was possible to change the L&F of java-extensions. Since 2.3 this
is no longer possible. 

Changing the L&F is an important core-aspect of UI-oriented java software.
Extensions are using artwork which is designed to be used in a specific
L&F-context. Without the expected L&F extensions might not work as expected and
they don't look and feel as intended by the developer.

Note: I wouldn't have started my extension (OpenCards) if I would have known
that I'll be forced to use the default-java-L&F beginning with OO2.3.
