Description snoff 2007-09-28 11:49:39 UTC
I just installed Openoffice 2.3 in french on a computer. When i started to print
a page containing both text and a calc sheet embeded into, i get a partial print
only. But on screen and on preview my page is complete. I found that unchecking
the option "convert colors to gray" causes this behaviour.

I'd like see your print result. Please provide it also, if possible as ps file.
Thanks.
What about, when you export it to PDF?

i added three files as attachement. I'm sorry my scanner doesn't produced ps
files. Exporting to pdf gives a very good result, the same result as printing
without color convertion to gray. I needed this option checked to force users
of my office to print in gray mode by default. A this moment, i found a mean of
doing that but if a printer don't give this option, it may be usefull for
others users.

Comment 11 h.ilter 2007-10-08 11:39:37 UTC
HI->FME: The one and only bad result I reproduced was with the microsoft xps viewer.
Comment 12 frank.meies 2007-10-08 12:55:22 UTC
fme->hi: The option the submitter mentions is buried in Tools - Options - Print.
I can reproduce this issue with the MS Office Document Image Viewer 'Printer'.
However, the bug also occurs when pasting the OLE object to Impress. So this is
not a Writer specific issue.
Comment 13 h.ilter 2007-10-09 13:58:38 UTC
HI->PL: Please take over. Thanks.
