I sometimes use a descending number column in Excel. CTRL-SHIFT would be a very
nice feature to support this. Excel misses this one.

Summary: Integrate a shortcut for descending / ascending sorting of a number column.
Considered for OO.o later.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
