I tested 2.3.0 on both linux and windows xp and it always crash.
Also the 2.2.1 was affected by this bug.
The files are project module of the European Commision, therefore it is possible
that also other project module file would crash (I didn't test all the files)
I think is important to solve this issue due to the large ammount of people use
this file and therefore are obliged to open it in word.

I tried the first three or four documents of the mentioned website and did not
crash using OO 2.3, 2.3.1 rc and 2.4 dev build. Just any special documents from
this page?
