I dock the Form, Form design and More Controls toolbars. When deselecting the
More Controls in the Form toolbar it disappears, when reselecting it it
reappears non-docked.  It should remember its docking status and position.

To reproduce, take it from whatever position it was in (docked/not docked) and
change it, then use the Form Toolbar to de- and re-select it and it will appear
in the previous location.

Also: the More Controls toolbar is not listed in the View Toolbars list, and can
only be opened/closed from the Form toolbar (please move to a separate issue if
necessary).

Not confirm with OOo 2.3.1 on Linux

Can't reproduce it in OOo300m8 on WinXP.
Find the More Controls stays the same position before and after it closes.
So, would you like checking it again in the latest build?

Docking More Controls near Formatting toolbar and click to hide it in Form Controls toolbar is causing Formatting toolbar to disappear.
Click again to show - Formatting toolbar reappears but More Controls is gone.
