In area charts it is impossible to change the data label placement. Default is
"outside" as known from bar charts. Excel uses always "centered" (and does not
allow to change this too). Our area charts should support at least the three
settings "outside", "inside", and "centered".

Inside, outside and centered can be chose on recent version.
