Sinds 2.3.1 the Writter2Latex package no longer instals
Please find the package who install without problem uunder 2.3.0 in

Sorry But defect was due to a corupped 2.3.1 only on my machine

SOLVED:

its not a corrupt 2.3.1 instalation

its a question when the Quickstart is on or off

with th Quickstart ON the exention instalation hangs
 when Quickstarter is ON then the exention instalation go's well !
