Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2, Chinese traditional-char version.
OpenOffice Impress 2.3rc3, Chinese traditional-char version.

1. Left pane of impress, preview pane.

2. Right-click mouse in preview and look at the translation for
"hide slide" (隱藏投影片) and "show slide" (投影片放映 = show slide-show).

3. The translation for "show slide" should be something like
顯示投影片 (show slide).

4. Please check also the simplified-char version to see if it also
has the same problem, or already has correct text for traditional-char
version to follow.

Hi Qiyao,

I can't find "投影片放映" in the list of Left pane preview. There are only :
New Slide
Rename Slide
Slide Design
Slide Layout
Slide Transition 
Hide Slide
Copy

Can you please provide an screenshot for this?

And I can see "投影片放映" is used as a translation for "slide-show" not "show
slide-show"

If you hide this slide, then the option for "hide slide"
becomes "show slide".

The string is modified to "显示投影片" to keep consistency with other translations.

Hi Serena,
For zh-CN, "show slide" is translated to "放映幻灯片". 
Please confirm if it's correct as the opposite meaning of "hide slide".

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
