I have an RTF Document that contains 9 Bookmarks but only 5 are listed in OO.

There is a section under heading Class1, which contains bookmarks links, of 
which on 'Class1' and 'bbbbb' work.

MRU->HBRINKM: see attached RTF, most of the Bookmarks are not imported.
