Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 85418
Exporting issues for Formulas in Openoffice Writter using Darklooks theme (ubuntu)
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:54:29 UTC
I have experienced some problems with some of my themes on ubuntu and openoffice. Before it was crashing but this problem was fixed in the newest version (I have the 2.3.0-1ubuntu5.3 right now) I was trying to export some document containing some formulas that I created with the Writter to some PDF file. The theme I had was 'Darklooks' at that time. After exporting. I noticed that the PDF has some display issues ( the formula were in light grey instead of black). Switching to the default 'human' theme fixed the problem...but that's not the theme I wanna use! :)
Oh I am sorry, my first paragraph refered to another issue that has been fixed. The second paragraph is a separate issue that occured after that fix. I didnt explain well did I ? ^^' I so soooooooooooorrry.
Please add a step by step description of what you do, get and expect. Add a sample document (odt and PDF). Make sure you are using an original and current OOo build http://download.openoffice.org/680/index.html?intcmp=1235
SO, What I do step by step : System : Preferences -> Appearance -> Darklooks ( my laptop looks pretty now :) ) Applications -> OpenOffice Writter (the version mentioned above) I write some text : blablabla I do : Insert -> Object -> Formula I type something like A = 1 then press enter I save I do : File -> Export to PDF format (I leave all default options) The results will be given in attachement.

Created attachment 51059 [details] The pdf file that has color issues
@TL: Please have a look. Switch the WM Theme to something dark.
.
Not time left to fix this one in OO0 3.1 because of other issues.
To be checked again once issue 74816 is fixed.
It seems fixing issue 74816 does not have any effect on this...
