The dialog editor should provide an import feature to support a round trip. This
is especially for extension developer interesting who use the editor to create
dialogs and use them in for example NetBeans. 
I can think about a two step mechanism. A real import who copy all files into
the office/user file structure but also to allow editing without copying. Allow
to open dialogs from anywhere and support relative links to resources.

JSc -> KSO: you wanted to schedule this feature.
