Often documents like design, etc, will have some contents which are generally
huge. For example, an xml schema or multiple images. The problem with this is
that, if we include them with the flow of the document, it is intrusive and is
abrupt for the flow of the thought. 

The suggestion is, can we extend the file format to include these contents as
attachments to the document itself and cross reference them in the flow of the
document. It is like appendix. This also helps to group related files together
in single document.

For example, adding xyz.xsd, flow-diagram.png as attachment to cluster-design.odt.
