Although 'Jump to here' is enabled in System Preferences->Appearance, the OOo
scrollbars scroll page-wise.

There is still a problem with the current implementation: When 'jump to here' is
active the document contents 'jumps' immediately when you click somewhere on the
thumb in order to drag it. Clicking the thumb should never scroll, only clicking
the  track should do so.
The problem does not occur when 'jump to here' is not active.
