I think we need to change the OS to all. 
because win Xp 64 will be ready soon. and AMD 64 I think will be
popular not in long time

We are continuously working on improving OOo 64bitness, so this issue can be 
closed now. We have chosen different strategy for fixing 64bit issues and we 
no longer use this meta issue.

Follow sixtyfour?? child workspaces instead.
