Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 85981
Outline Numbering Styles Not Saved With Document
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:42:49 UTC
There is a bug in the Outline Numbering Window. I can only reproduce it with a given document, not from scratch. Reproduction: 1. Open the attached document 2. Select "Tools --> Outline Numbering" 3. For Level 1 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 1" 4. For Level 2 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 2" 5. For Level 3 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 3" 6. Click "OK". 7. Save the document 8. Re-open the document. 9. Select "Tools --> Outline Numbering" 10. The styles for levels 1 to 3 were lost. I solved the issue by linking styles ".Titulo 1" to ".Titulo 3" to "Heading 1" to "Heading 3" (using "Linked With" in the "Organizer" Tab of the "Paragraph Style" window). When I do this, I first experience Issue # 79370 (I have to open the "Outline Numbering" window twice to set the values), but then styles are saved correctly with the document.

Has the same root cause as issue 77708 - is already fixed in current OO 2.4 dev build. Document was saved correctly, bug occurred when loading into OOo. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 77708 ***
Closed, will work correctly in OO 2.4.
