Description paulo.m.costa 2008-02-11 10:20:12 UTC
When a database is created in it is very difficult to find it
again in case you want to delete it.
It took me ages to find them out in Base-Databases

This is not nuser friendly at all. A user typically goes to Tools-Options to
change the general behaviour of the application, not to perform an user action
like deleting a database.

The list of existing databases should be shown in the Base wizard

By the way, it is very strange that although the list of databases is shown in Base-Databases, the Base Wizard does
not seem to find them. In Select database - Open an existing database there is
no such list.. This is the place where it should be.

deleting a databes isn't an usur typical work

The listbox "Open an existing database" shows only the latest databases you open.

"deleting a databes isn't an usur typical work"

Well, it it is very common thing for anyone like me that was trying it for the
first time an got it wrong. I imagine it may happen to all new database users.....

"The listbox "Open an existing database" shows only the latest databases you open."
I am sorry, in that case may be it should say "open one of the most recently
used databases, and exercise your pacience looking for the other ones in the
menu system... " :-(

I am trying to get Base more user friendly. That is just what I
