Steps to Reproduce
1）Create a presentation.
2）Select "Layouts"->"Title，Text".
3）View->Master->Slide Master,choose the title box, Format->Area, In the Area 
dialog box,choose any color and click OK.
4）Click “Close Master Viewâ€.

Actual  Result
The title box can not be filled any color. If add a new slide,the title box is 
filled custom color.

In my mind this issue is duplicate to issue 86085

In my mind,it's not duplicate of issue86085.
The issue86085 is that the "title box" is filled color in Slide Master，the 
color is not shown up.But if you filled it with "gradient",the gradient is 
shown up right away.But the "text box" is difficent with "title box".It can be 
filled color or gradient in slide master.

This issue is that both "title box" and "text box" that is filled "colors" is 
not apply in slide on normal slide.But the filled "gradient" box in master 
slide is work correctly on normal slide.

The 2 issues have very similar behavior, but different situation.
 
Issue 86085 occurs in master view, after specify a area fill color for title 
box, the color are not show in the title box. 
 
Issue 86086 occurs after issue 86085's situation. When master is OK, 
click "Close Master View", the master we defined are not show in the existing 
slides. But right click in the slide pane below this slide, then click new 
slide will show correctly.

The bug is fixed on DEV300M9
