Since Oo680m242, have noticed annoying menu display delays when hovering over or
opening menu items with nested menus, including the top level menu. For example,
hovering over the Tools menu causes approx 5 second delay before the menu is
expanded; then hovering over, moving past or attempting to open a nested submenu
(macros for example) causes another 5sec delay.

This occurs in all modules, and did not occur on 2.31.  I've duplicated this on
two WinXP SP2 machines.
