Create a chart leave the edit mode, enter the edit mode and move the legend or
title via mouse.
->The debug version crahses, in the product version the moving is without success.

Moving a charts legend via mouse should work on first attempt now.

This was also fixed for OOo 2.4.1. I checked ooh680m17 ok.
It seems that the crash happened also sometimes in the product version.
