Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 86439
Export to Excel of reference union operator needs conversion
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:15:24 UTC
When CWS odff will be integrated, Calc will support two notations of reference concatenation AKA union. Using the Excel form (ref1;ref2) will work seamlessly in Excel export, but using the ref1~ref2 form without parentheses will need some adaption to make it work in Excel.

fixed in cws DEV300/dr61 (OOo 3.0) use http://sc.openoffice.org/testdocs/formula_export_specials.ods to test the Excel export filter (see chapter 8.2 on last sheet).
DR->OC: additional parentheses will be inserted where needed. back to QA
verified in internal build cws_dr61
