Take a cell in Calc which has a comment.
Copy the cell into another cell (e.g. via clipboard). While the cell comment is
copied, too, the height and width of the cell comment is not.
This is very annoying as you have to manually change the cell comment after
copying the cell's contents.

Confirming with 2.3.1 on WinXP - as described.
Also "Show note" status is not copied too.

I reported this bug on OOo 2.3.1 (see below) and it is still present in 3.0.0.
Furthermore, it was not listed as an open issue on the 3.0.0 list
