It is the same if you open it with Excel. You should not open it from inside the
browser but save the file and open it then.

I think this is not an issue with OOo.

To be more precise: Open with Excel from inside Opera and open with Excel from
inside IE is OK. Open with Excel from inside Seamonkey shows wrong filename but
no % char. IE does not allow me to open it with OOo, so I cannot test it. Open
with Calc from inside Opera shows correct filename.
