Automated test: framework/level2/CJK/CJK_CollationDialogue.bas::tLanguageTest_1

Reproduction
- Enable the office for asian language support in Tools/Options
- Enter some random text into a writer document
- Select the text
- Open Tools/Sort...
- Select Japanese or Korean in the language selection listbox
-> The Key Type below sort criteria for Key 1 should not be empty, it should be
"Character set"

Ok, not sb83 related, found on MWS as well.
To SBA, as i have no idea who should be the one fixing this.

SBA->JSK: Duplicate of issue 85944.
CJK and German languages were affected.
OK in OOo 2.4 (Masterfix in OOH_m7) and DEV300m2 (via CWS locales30).
