Show Formula Syntax in tip help!

According to the request of the to-do list in Calc OOo community, the feature is to show formula syntax in tip help in Calc,when a cell formula is being edited, in addition to the function selection above the cell, show some input hints.

Hello Niklas, The attachment is the patch of this issue, I think it's not the final patch, I just want to show you what I have done, and to confirm whether it's correct or not. I will change or improve it according to your suggestions. :-)
A good start. Some remarks: - The new window should be in addition to the existing one. - It should also work when editing an existing formula (already complete with a closing parenthesis), and also be updated after using the cursor keys, not only after typing something (that's different from the existing window's behavior).
Can this patch include a warning when the number of opening and closing parentheses in the formula do not match (in stead of Calc adding parentheses without a warning like it currently does). The new tip window looks quite good. But there are still some problems: Showing named ranges in the old tip window doesn't work anymore. Also, Enter doesn't select an entry anymore. The old window now uses all functions instead of the recently used ones. The position of the new window is bad if the formula string is wrapped into several lines. Using the same function names HideTip/ShowTip for the new functions makes the code hard to read. gjwerler, for your problem you should open a separate issue.

Issue 86856 has been fixed in master version OOo-dev 3.1 .0 (OOO310m7 Build:9393) for Windows XP and can be closed, but there is some inconvinience - tip help is hanging above all windows, opened in Windows XP. See attachement. Vladimir Kozlovsky.

I have seen the persistent help too and have submitted issue 98177 for it. I suggest to close this issue as fixed and use issue 98177 for the new problem.
