Open any odb file, select Tools > Customize > Toolbars > Standard. Tick the
entry for "Load URL".

The list of files shown in the drop down will include temporary files created by
OOo - for example: temporary files created by the Sun Report Builder

assigning, targeting. (I don't like the "Later" target, but it's the only
realistic one here.)
