Steps to Reproduce
1)Create a impress,and click the â€œTitle slideâ€ in the layouts pane.
2)Click to add text,and insert a hyperlink
3)Click the blank in the slides pane. And hover over the hyperlink.

Actual result
the help tips is not appear.

Set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the bug in dev300m0.
