cannot find the string in localization

OOo 3.2 is in show-stopper stage. If this issue is critical for such release,
please re-target it back. Otherwise this issue will be targeted to OOo 3.3.

This issue still exists in OOo 3.3 (Beta and OOo330m8).
=> spreadsheet : please analyze where the problem exists and fix it for a next
release.
I change the target to OOo 3.x. I think, such code changes aren't possible for
the current release OOo 3.3 - because of showstopper mode.

Just for the record:

This translation was fixed with AOO 4.0.0.
