The "Record Macro" menu entry is disabled when no documents are open.
This does not make sense because the user might want to record a macro that e.g.
opens a document and store the macro below "My Macros"

Macro recorder does belong to framework, not to Basic

Macro recoder by definition is only available for Writer and Calc documents.
Thus this is an RFE.

Could you please add it to a suitable meta issue? Thanks.
