Open a new impress and apply the layout "Vertical Title, Text, Chart" from the
taskpane. It is empty.

Recently a 9-page handout layout was added.  The layout descriptor and its
associated enum value were added in different positions.  As a result, for the
asian layouts the descriptors and enum values got out of sync and to this bug.

Fixed by sorting the layout descriptors according to the enum values.
