While running the test via cwscheckapi it fails sometimes:

LOG> out > LOG> replaceByName()
LOG> out > LOG> get current object 'FirstPresentation'
LOG> out > LOG> replace object 'FirstPresentation' with another instance
LOG> out > LOG> result of replace: true
LOG> out > LOG> replace back the old object
LOG> out > com.sun.star.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
