AutoFilter puts changes the drop-down arrow to blue when a filter has been
applied, thus flagging the column to show that a filter has been applied.

However after clicking the arrow again or clicking and scrolling around the
spread sheet the blue arrow changes back to black even though the filter is
still applied.

This is confusing the end users.

double to Issue 53533 which could have been discovered easily by a simple query.
