- you'll get an error message : 'An Error occurred in starting the web browser.
Please check the Office and web browser settings'

The problem is that a path encoded for shell usage gets used to verify the
existence of gnome-open-url, and the fallback open-url does not find firefox
because it is not in the 'path' (actually it resides in /usr/sfw/bin).

Probably due to some EIS connection failure, the project shell was ignored when
the CWS got integrated. This has been fixed in DEV300_m11 and BEA300_m2.
