fixed for XLSX and XLSB

in Excel, create a formula such as =WEEKNUM(DATE(2008,1,1)), save as XLSX, load
in Calc, must be imported as =WEEKNUM((DATE(2008;1;1);1) (second parameter for
WEEKNUM)
