1. start the presenter screen extension with a presentation containing long notes
2. switch to 'notes view' -> (scrollbar must be available)
3. try the mouse wheel

=> does not work

p.s. af told me, that the control over the mouse wheel is not available over
extension api -> because of this 'office later'

Has the mouse wheel issue been advanced by the beta OOo 3.2.1?

There is still no access to mouse wheel events via the UNO API.

All the controls used by the presenter extension are implemented in that
extension and therefore are not affected by the changes mentioned above.
