To reproduce:
1. In BEA300_m1 in Impress, click the crop button once to switch to crop mode.  
2. Click crop button on the toolbar a second time

Expected results:
Crop mode reverts back to selection mode

Actual results:
Nothing happens


Of course, you click outside the image area to unselect it, but the toolbar
behavior is inconsistent.
