Crop Picture is not in the context menu if you do this
1. Select no pictures
2. Right click on picture

However, it is in the context menu if you do this
1. Select a picture
2. Right click on picture. **Does not have to be the same picture as selected in
previous step**

I don't know if this is intentional, but it is confusing.

Works for "save as picture", so it should be working for Crop.
