Hi.

I have found the following problems in OOo 3.0.0 Beta Linux:

- please open the attached speadsheet (it contains an applied auto filter)

- (make sure focus is in cell A1, should be default after laoding the spreadsheet)

- pres CTRL+SHIF+ARROW_DOWN


Bug 1:
The resulting selection is A1:A41 instead of A1:A40


Bug 2:
With this selection try the follwoing:
- Click the button to apply cell border (bottom/right button in the drop down
menu of the "Border" button in the toolbar)

The border has only been applied to cell A1.


I'm not sure if this a regression since OOo 2.4 since I don't have OOo 2.4
installed anymore. But since I don't remember that I had such problems with OOo
2.4 I guess it is a regression.

It's reproducible on DEV300_m21_en WinXP.

I tested it on OOo3.0BetaRC1.


a. I can't reproduce bug1, only the cells with data are selected.

b. Bug2 can be reproduced with the attachment.

c. If show the hidden rows in the attachment, cell borders can be added to 
cells normally.

d. Hide some rows in above document, cell borders still can be added to cells 
normally.

e. Undo above document to the original state, bug2 is reproduced again.

f. Create a new calc document and add some filters, cell borders always work 
well.

So I think maybe there's something to do with the document itself. But I can't 
find anything special in the file.

OOo 3.1 is released. Please check the issue, if it still exists in OOo 3.1. If
yes, please work on it to get it fixed in one of the next releases. Until then
the issue get the target 3.x.

Some of the time I can't select a cell? I then have to select another and arrow over to it?
