Summary: Importing password-protected documents don't prompt for passwords.

I have password protected files in MS Word 2003. I open them in Org Writer or
Calc and there is no prompt for the password--it is instead, by-passed. I've
tried to take the document and make it a new document in org Calc with a
password, and the password is still bypassed. 

I feel this is a critical issue.

I hope I explained the issue correctly, in that I'm a pro-user of writing tools,
and not a programmer.

   Firstly, I want to say two different password protection in MS word. one is 
to protect the format of the documents(operation:tools->protect documents),the 
other is to protect the document itself when you try to open a document. 

So, please tell me that in which situation this bug happened .

I personally think both this issue and issue 89799 should be duplicates of 
issue 60305. 
please have a look at them.

Not a double to 60305 as this Issue deals with Sheet protection.
